I had a nail in my tire. They got me an appointment the same day and resolved the issue in 30 mins
I made an appointment for a simple oil change, it took 2 hours. Very Disappointing
Every time I visit this location I’m impressed with the staff and service. They were accommodating and quick - got me in and out in under an hour for an oil change!
I had an 7am appt no one called so I did at 1030 they were just brining it in yet at 1 it still wasn’t done. I understand it was a holiday weekend but there is no reason customer service couldn’t keep me updated.

Dealership does not care about loyalty when it comes to their customers to buy vehicles. They did not take care of the customers.

Schedule to pickup the Jeep at 1PM. Nothing ready interior dirty finance not prepared. Finally done at 5:30PM.
The van wasn't detailed in the inside very well. I think because the vehicle wasn't on the market for very long. Justin responded within a reasonable time each time I reached out.

The process was pretty efficient until we got to the finance review and vehicle delivery. This was a cash deal and the upsell process was annoying. A vehicle for sale should have been detailed before being put on the lot. It should only have needed minor touchup. It took over 3 hours for the process and our sales person ended up delivering it to our house well after we had completed all of the paperwork. It was pretty clunky.
Dealing with a long term issue. Megan takes all my questions to the tech. I feel I understand what is being done to resolve my issue. Megan is confident it can be solved. That gives me confidence and that's why I haven't sold the vehicle.
Tried to sell me services I didn't need It took 2 1/2 hours longer than I was told
I felt i was not given a choice, they added gap insurance saying the the finance company i was dealing with wanted it also the warranty

My oil change took an hour and 45 minutes No oil change should take that long. I got to my appointment at 9 AM and didn't leave the parking lot until 10:49 AM
It was just an oil change. I was brought in on time an it was don in 20 minutes. Alex also sent me a video of the undercarriage which was pretty cool.

I had them replace my stock headers with some aftermarket ones that were guaranteed not to crack. I had two broken studs, that caused the infamous hemi tick. Sounds much better on cold starts now.
