This was a new jeep that had nicks in the paint I was told in a few days they would pick up the jeed and door repairs it's been several weeks and it's still not repair and now we're finding the paint is chipping off a door.

Tiffany was truly customer focused and understood what I needed and expected with my service. Tiffany not only ensured that my recall repair would be completed, but also provided a free oil change and tire rotation.

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from here. At no fault to the dealership, it needed some things replaced and worked on. The service department was amazing and the extended warranty was already worth it! Miranda in service is always so welcoming and knows exactly what’s going on and works around my crazy schedule!

I had a good experience meeting Kyle and Tony. They were honest and straightforward on getting issues taken care of. The vehicle was in Milwaukee and the delivered it to me.

Untrustworthy. Concealment of defects. Didn't get the 2nd set of keys after I took delivery of the vehicle.

The week before christmas my alternator went out also had a exhaust leak and asked for an oil change, when dropped off my 2020 ram 1500 i wrote down alternator not working, exhaust manifold leak and oil change, when the back order part showed up 2 1/2 months later , yes 2 1/2 months waiting for part , i pick up my truck with new alternator, exhaust manifold had not been fixed and no oil change! talked to someone a least once a week for the 2 1/2 months and still has exhaust leak and no oil change was done !

The buying experience was good But I’ve been waiting for a dome light to be replaced and a 2nd key fob Not sure why it’s taking so long All I get for an answer is “We are checking “ I think someone needs to step in and find out what is the problem

They showed me the car I was interested In, we went for a test drive and I was sold, unfortunately so was that car the next day. Our salesperson, Joe, was great, but the sales manager lacks people skills. Not willing to budge on the price, but said he would if I financed a small 3-month loan. I didn't need or want to, so I didn't. Then the financial manager tried, just as the sales manager did, to sell us all kinds of add-on warranties. The sales manager actually added it on automatically to my sale without my approval, which I had to tell him to take off. So ridiculous! But thanks to Joe for assisting us with a test drive.

I brought my Jeep in for the 1st time at this dealership for routine maintenance. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor. I was told upfront the routine maintenance cost (oil change/tires rotation) and that I could save a little bit of money if I paid cash as there’s a 3% credit card fee for using a credit card. I was then escorted to the customer waiting area by the service advisor who told me to help myself to any of the complimentary beverages that they have. The waiting area was clean with comfortable seating and a television. ...

This is one of the worst service experiences at a dealership I have had. I took my vehicle in on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 AM and was told I would receive a call on my car to give me an update. Wednesday late afternoon around 4:30 pm I called to get an idea of an update on my car and spoke with the same service writer that checked me in on Tuesday - he had absolutely no clue on the status of my vehicle. He stated he would call me back that night, and no call. Thursday mid-morning I called again ...
