He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and go over the Carfax putting us at ease purchasing a used vehicle. We received a good price for our trade-in as well. They showed me the car I was interested In, we went for a test drive and I was sold, unfortunately so was that car the next day. Bought a Ford f150 and the night after I bought the truck the transmission started having issues, they must have cleared the codes so that when I was test driving it, it wouldn't have any issues, went back to them and all they tried to do was offer me 7k less than I just paid on a trade in towards a new truck, do not buy a car from them

Left with uneven tire pressure
We had an appt for a recall. Recall taken care of. As husband left dealership the tire pressure light came on. We own a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. It indicated that the tire pressure was uneven on all 4 tires. The tech left the tire pressure on the screen. Know that the pressure was off, You would think the tech would adjust the pressure in the tires. Husband called service dept. Once he was home. He was told that the techs don't always have to correct the pressure. REALLY? it takes only a few minutes! After spending $$$ on a new vehicle you would think it would have been taken care of. Russ Darrows service dept hasnt changed!! Reputation is what it is from past experiences and disappointments
