I needed to buy a tire which was irreparable. I had a very busy few days coming up. It surprised me that your supplier couldn’t tell your dealership when they could deliver the tire. I had no idea how long I would be without a car. Again, this is a tire, not some obscure part for a vintage car. To me that’s not acceptable to not know how long I’ll be without a car because of a tire. Even if it was going to take a while at least I would know how to plan for it. Anyways, once the tire came in your folks in service did a terrific job I was in and out less than half an hour.

I have never been a big fan of the car buying process just because you always have to weed through dealers who are looking for someone to charge a ridiculous price. Kyle and the team were different, they were giving me reasonable prices right away and doing their best to negotiate to meet my needs. I will only go to sales associates like him because I surprisingly enjoyed the car dealer process!

Bought our 1st vehicle through the dealership and couldn't ask for a better experience. Justin went above and beyond and moved my Tonneau Cover over with no service techs available and outside since the service area was full already with vehicles and impending weather. Financing with Black was smooth and quick. Definitely would consider buying/leasing through them again. Already have taken previous vehicles to them for service that have been great experiences.

Have never had sick a negative experience. I was looking for a used ram truck but I heard about the incentives for a new ram (2.9 % 72 months) 10 year 100,000 warranty) 3 months delays in payments. The salesperson said there is no such deal. I went to City Dodge in Brookfield. The sales person (Tyler) heard my conversation with my wife about buying a used truck because there is no financing special and said that deal is still on. I ended up buying a new ram from City Dodge Brookfield today. I would have like to buy from West Bend Russ Darrow as I live in West Bend but the salesperson said they did not offer the special; how disappointing!!!! City Dodge Brookfield was a positive experience!!!!

The girl behind the desk was not knowledgeable. She told me, "I didn't know your car was coming in today". Even though I had an appointment made the week before. Then she got mad because she had to go out into the rain to move my car to another stall. I just came in through the rain. Then she was talking to the mechanic beside my car, and I went inside to see what was going on. He said to me, so you are here for an oil change. I said no, I just bought the car a month and a half ago! I am here to replace the broken taillight that was on the car when I purchased it, and was promised it would be fixed for free, and the scratch buffed. The mechanic was nice and just fine. I would not recommend her to anyone! No sense of customer service, didn't even listen when I first told her why I was here. Everyone else was kind and courteous. My sales lady Monica Develice brought my keys and walked me out. I like her. Also, The add said $3,500 Push, pull, or drag it in, if it has wheels and a title, it’s worth $3,500 during this limited time sales event running from April 17-25 at Russ Darrow Direct! 💥 👉 The Push, Pull, and Drag guaranteed $3,500 trade-in allowance is available for any car, truck, or SUV that is currently registered and titled to the purchaser. We traded in our truck. We were given $1000. for it. We do feel we were misled by the add. $3,500 Guaranteed Trade Value Even if it's old. Even if it has high miles. Even if it's been sitting in your driveway. During the Push Pull Drag Sale, your trade has a minimum $3,500 value toward a qualifying vehicle. Why does the ad say $3500 minimum, and we only got $1000. That's false advertising. We do like our new car. The windshield still needs to be fixed. It has a chip that was there when we bought it. I traveled 54 miles to test drive a vehicle. Trinity took me on a route that exposed the vehicle to most road conditions, freeway speeds, winding hilly back roads and even a good stretch of typical Wisconsin washboard road. After agreeing to purchase said vehicle, Trinity and her Finance Supervisor Tony made sure that the process went smoothly. Thank you, that long trip was worth it!

Pretty much as expected for a dealership. Got great response when getting car out the door but when issues were brought up after purchase we got radio silence. There were things that we felt should have been standard (like topping off fluids or having the car running before we left the dealership so we weren't stepping into a cold, frosted windowed vehicle) weren't done. Me and my 6 year old son were stranded the day after purchase in one of the bitterly cold days because the key fob wasn't working (suspecting low battery that we ended up changing). Little things like that just changed our view of the whole experience with the dealership.

The initial dealings with Justin were awesome. He was very responsive and communicated with us very well. Once the deal was done, customer service went down hill. Anthony did a nice job going through our different options but we felt very rushed. We couldn't complete the transaction that day. We had to remove items from our trade-in and make some money transfers before we could finalize. Anthony asked if we could bring the title and check at 9:00AM the next day. We had some conflicts but we were able to accommodate the request. Upon arrival a little after 9, my wife entered the show room to talk to Anthony and finalize the deal. Anthony wasn't in yet. Justin was off for a wedding. My wife waited for over 30 minutes. I am a little hadicapped right now so I finally called the switchboard to ask for help. That seemed to get things moving. The vehicle was brought around and there were papers to be signed. The plates were transferred and we were told we could go. We only received one key fob and were told they would have to find the second one. This was unacceptable. The key fobs are a pricey item and we didn't think we should have to purchase a second fob ourselves. We received a 'What we owe you' form which we accepted. I did notice that the promise of a second key is only good for 30 days. We're not very confident in that promise. Very upset with the lack of service we received after we signed the contract. It was like "thanks for the cash. Now hit the road!" We worked hard to accommodate the early pickup request only to be treated rudely.

I will never use this car dealer ever again. Had a scratch in the windshield after I purchased the vehicle they did nothing about it. I will pass this on to all of my friends and family. Very disappointed and will never purchase another vehicle from this place.

Left with uneven tire pressure
We had an appt for a recall. Recall taken care of. As husband left dealership the tire pressure light came on. We own a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. It indicated that the tire pressure was uneven on all 4 tires. The tech left the tire pressure on the screen. Know that the pressure was off, You would think the tech would adjust the pressure in the tires. Husband called service dept. Once he was home. He was told that the techs don't always have to correct the pressure. REALLY? it takes only a few minutes! After spending $$$ on a new vehicle you would think it would have been taken care of. Russ Darrows service dept hasnt changed!! Reputation is what it is from past experiences and disappointments

I had my truck in for service, they did not only do an excellent job, but they gave me a video I asked for explanation and they had the mechanic come out and explain and show the results I was blown away by their integrity and did everything to help us understand and satisfy upon leaving. I lost my wallet and called and they found it and I was able to come back and pick it up. I was just blown away by their honesty and integrity to build a relationship that you can trust Russ Darrow you are now our home in maintenance and Care thank you thank you thank you for your witness. Pretty much as expected for a dealership. Got great response when getting car out the door but when issues were brought up after purchase we got radio silence. There were things that we felt should have been standard (like topping off fluids or having the car running before we left the dealership so we weren't stepping into a cold, frosted windowed vehicle) weren't done. Me and my 6 year old son were stranded the day after purchase in one of the bitterly cold days because the key fob wasn't working (suspecting low battery that we ended up changing). Little things like that just changed our view of the whole experience with the dealership.

Salesperson was great.
Salesperson was great. The finance manager ruined my experience and would recommend people not to purchase from here if it weren't for the salesperson. Finance manager was 45 minutes late to my originally scheduled appointment and didn't acknowledge or apologize for the wait. The pushy and condescending nature of trying to sell service packages is outdated. He also tried to back out of previously agreed upon terms. This type of behavior continues to give car dealerships that “slimy” image.
