Left with uneven tire pressure
We had an appt for a recall. Recall taken care of. As husband left dealership the tire pressure light came on. We own a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. It indicated that the tire pressure was uneven on all 4 tires. The tech left the tire pressure on the screen. Know that the pressure was off, You would think the tech would adjust the pressure in the tires. Husband called service dept. Once he was home. He was told that the techs don't always have to correct the pressure. REALLY? it takes only a few minutes! After spending $$$ on a new vehicle you would think it would have been taken care of. Russ Darrows service dept hasnt changed!! Reputation is what it is from past experiences and disappointments

HAVE SOMEONE ELSE FIX THEIR PROBLEM,, NOT HAPPY AT ALL, and over a small issue like this,,Had the Manager call me Blake,he told me I was on my our and called me a liar about the problem saying they wouldn't know when this happened after i told him I contacted the sales rep the min I got home,,will never go there again what out,,, this is after I sold them a car and traded in a Jeep for this truck,,,
